- Investigate crimes, accidents, and other incidents.
- Engage with the community to foster positive relationships and trust.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Town of Chester has a full time employment opportunity available in its Town Offices. This job is specific to the position of Administrative Assistant who will serve as the Assistant Town Clerk as well as Administrative Assistant to the Town Manager. Minimum requirements are:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant position is required
• The ability to work with computer programs as well as a cashiering system is required
• Must be highly organized and have excellent communication and written skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task are essential
• Experience with executive level administrative duties is preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing strategies and website maintenance is highly desirable
• Ability to deal with the public in a positive manner
