Development Review Board

The Development Review Board’s role is to review all development applications for the Town of Chester including subdivisions, variances, conditional uses, Zoning Administrator appeals, and site plan reviews. The Board will help institute a one-stop shopping method for most applicants.  Applications for variances, conditional use permits, and subdivisions are available to download from the Forms section. Public hearings before the Development Review Board will be conducted according to these adopted Rules of Procedure.
