Julian Materials Hearing Documents Preserved for Future Consideration

Conditional Use hearing number 594 before the Development Review Board on the application by Julian Materials, LLC to make modifications to three stone quarries located at 3643 VT RT 103 North and 137 Chandler Road was opened on September 11, 2023. The hearing was successively recessed and reconvened to September 25, 2023 (for a site visit), October 11, 2023, October 23, 2023, December 11, 2023, and January 22, 2024. On January 17, 2024, Julian Materials, LLC withdrew their application. On January 22, 2024, the Development Review Board deemed the application withdrawn, preserved the entire record including this list of exhibits for future consideration, and closed the hearing.
